Ballroom Dancing and Life

I really enjoyed this short play-there is so much packed into so little. Keep in mind that this was a text taught to my students, so that I'm definitely reviewing it from the perspective of an English teacher, positive themes aplenty, intellect, age, art... And the symbolism kites, ballroom dancing, comic books... characters so well-developed for a play that spans the course of just one afternoon.

Great Play!

I received this play for my theater class. I loved it, it focuses on a scene of a black boy and his young white friendsservants. It takes place in South Africa in 1950. Theme is racism, it shows a key example of how quickly one can turn around. This was an excellent play, empathizing with either 1 or all 3 characters. It is great and a short read, I highly recommend this book.

The great play was written brilliantly. It is a educational tool for great use. The play is easy to read, but at the same time is very complex and mystical.

I received this book on time, but was ripped off on the front right cover. It was not a big deal to me, but it was a very big deal for my daughter.
