Delicious, Easy recipes
Derived From Web , Feb 9, 2021
I have always loved mediterranean food, so when I saw this in a magazine I immediately purchased it. In the past two weeks I've made so many of the recipes from this book and every single one has turned out perfectly and exactly as the photo shows. Ate everything. The book is so great, I keep recommending it to everyone. The recommendations at the beginning are really helpful, Ms. O'Neill said. While I have no quibbles with the serving size listed for each recipe, I would find it helpful if the total cooking time was also included.

Mediterranean Everyday
Derived From Web , Jan 17, 2021
The Mediterranean Every Day by Sheela Prakash was a free NetGalley ebook that I read in mid-September. They display such a richness of flavor through herbs, olive oil, cheeses, pasta, breads, and veg. There's a risotto for every season, many uses for white beans, and a good amount of veg dishes for every one that contains sausage, seafood, or chicken.

A Delightful Cookbook
Derived From Web , Nov 26, 2020
I've had a lot of cookbooks, but this one stands out. My all-time favorite dish of all time is the Melted Broccoli with capers and anchovies. It's great to be back home, said Blair. This is definitely healthy eating, Mr. Dhaliwal said. There are also recipes for cocktails, salads, breads, and entrees. Really enjoyed the book. It's great to see people still talking about it. It's great to be back home, said Blair.

Simple, Beautiful Recipes
Derived From Web , Nov 21, 2020
If you like Mediterranean food, this is a nice book. Easy to follow and come out looking beautiful, the six-pack contains everything you need to make a soufflé. There are many healthy recipes that are not very heavy and can feel good about eating the final product. Each recipe comes with a color photo so you can have an idea of what it would look like if it were completed. Some of the recipes are too simple, such as open a can of white beans and put that on a piece of bread with some olive oil. I personally prefer slightly more complex flavors. However, this is easily remedied and some people may prefer their food more "simple." This is a great collection of recipes that look very presentable and professional once displayed on the table, and taste fresh and light, too.

A great book for a great way of eating!
Derived From Web , Nov 4, 2020
I received this book as a gift and look forward to paying it forward, he said. The Mediterranean diet is an easy and enjoyable way to eat that provides an excellent choice of foods that are available to the eater, he said. The book is filled with tasteful meals. The book itself, with its beautiful photography, lends itself to be kept on the counter as opposed to the shelf. The book is a must-have for any foodie, and the Bucatini Agilo e Olio with Wilted Arugula recipe is just one of the meals I love and in itself is worth the cost of the book.

Healthy, simple, full of flavor!
Derived From Web , Sep 30, 2020
I absolutely loved this book, Melissa. These are healthy, simple yet delicious. There are a great variety of recipes that would be perfect for everyday meals and many of them are also elegant enough for special occasions. I'm excited to be working with such great chefs as Michael Symon, Wolfgang Puck and Pauley for the Herby Ricotta, Nico Salad, Hot Smoked Greek Salad, Spicy Broccoli and Chickpea Skillet, and Tahini Truffles. Thanks to Quarto Publishing Group and NetGalley, I now have a physical copy of the book.
