   Amazing world
Extremely mine-able for millions of ideas for any fantasy game!
Tired of Forgotten Realms and need to adventure in another world? This is it! This is full of lore with room to expound. Had an old school feel to it, but has things that would appeal to newer gamers. Definitely some political aspects to this world, like Kobolds and other playable races. Dwarves are quite different in this setting, and there is so much unique intrigue that reminds me of Mystara. Recommendated highly.
   Everything to know about Midgard
This is a great tome and is saddled, which gives it a great binding. I don 't expect to have physical problems with this book. In terms of content, the Kobold writing style is very invocative and provide page after page of information that describes the setting, while Cacading a steady stream of hints and hooks for creating your own story within the Midgard setting. They create a very loose framework in which you can put your players into the campaign with a style and tone that is uniquely Midgard. If you are wondering how to get into the Midgard setting, I started myself with the Creature Codex, the Tome of Beasts, Deep Magic, Midgard Heroes Handbook and finally this book. I first got all the mechanical pieces together, this book is the glue that holds it all together.
If you are planning on running a Midgard campaign, this is indispensable.
If you are running a campaign in the Midgard setting, this will obviously help with a lot of lore and ideas. Totally worth the pick up.
