Fantastic Cookbook with Wide Variety of Recipes
Derived From Web , Jun 14, 2021
I highly recommend this book to anyone who enjoys good food. It's organized and has all the necessary details, like how the binding is so that the book automatically lays flat. It's an incredibly large and diverse group of recipes and I think it's great for weeknight and event cooking, too, said Traci.

Cookbook Club Approved! A+++
Derived From Web , Jul 24, 2019
I host a monthly cookbook club, and in June we cooked from Milk Street Tuesday Nights. We couldn't get over all the delicious flavor combos in the recipes we tested. We made Moroccan chicken skewers with pomegranate molasses Vietnamese Meatball Lettuce Wraps with Ricotta-Sage Pesto Gribiche Brazilian chocolate fudge I highly recommend this book. The flavor combinations are wonderful, it made me feel like a creative chef, and the recipes were quick and easy to make, too.

They typically eat a half-hour later, plus 30 minutes or more on pot. I've made about six dozen different recipes, and they have all been great.

Outstanding cookbook!
Derived From Web , Dec 17, 2018
We've had this cookbook for several weeks now and have tried maybe a dozen all of which have been outstanding. I have to agree with some reviewers that this is not a weeknight cookbook for the most part. If you use it like a normal cookbook, you will not be disappointed with the results. If you enjoy cooking with fresh, bold and sometimes unique ingredients, then you will love this cookbook. Highly recommend.

Super disappointed.

The pictures are not appetizing, the recipes can be found and there are few healthy choices left. I'd love to be back.
