   Great resource in my counseling office.
I'm a counselor and use it with my child clients often. These mindfulness exercises are short enough to keep their attention, phrased in ways that are kid-friendly, and teach a very important skill: how to meditate. There are also so many, I pick different ones to do for different kids based on their individual issues. This is one of my favorites resources for a more directive approach to government. I have Yoga Pretzels, too, but I like this one better.

   LOVE these!!
Really nice quality work, and I love the way the pictures are arranged. These are amazing and divided into categories by color and name so you can choose based on how you feel or what you're doing. We do the down ones for bedtime! My kids absolutely love looking through them and it's so hard to choose just one.

   Decent, but some are awful
Only about 10 of those activities are activities that my third graders could do on their own. Another dozen or so are just variations of taking a breath. While it is important to learn mindful breathing, you can't learn from a card and would have to be guided by a teacher. And there are 15 cards I am throwing in the trash because they don't match the message I'm trying to send to my kids. The point isn’t to “not worry,” but to acknowledge that worry, sit with it, and then make a choice, he said. Attached are pictures of the forgot card and a card that is basically "I Spy."

   Love These Cards!
His family has had these cards for years. We use them throughout the day for a little boost, or to sooth anxious thoughts that are getting away from us. They are great for anger, too, so conflict can be managed with an even temperament, he said. The guided meditations are short enough for a child's attention span and very effective, Morgenthau said. The best part about these is that they are so fun and beautiful, making them a complete delight to use, Mr. Dhaliwal said.

   Awesome tool for kids and adults!
Wow! That was pretty impressive, right? This is a great tool for teaching mindfulness to kids. Three days a week I watch a friend's child while she works. Our crew often includes her 3-year old and my 5 year old, and my 7 month old, she said. We meditate every morning and the older kids LOVE them. I've noticed a huge improvement in their overall moods, how they communicate with each other, and how they respond to me, Mr. Caramore said. I highly recommend these cards to all kids that want to learn how to ground and center themselves. The set has different categories so you can choose according to your need. Very good customer service, Highly recommend.

These are absolutely wonderful cards, said Cardgirl. My daughter likes to do at least one card each evening before she goes to bed, and it has helped so much! Now she is doing much better, Palghar said. The difference is immediate. Both are well written and have good pictures. I enjoy using them, Bruno says.
