We have the Mrs. Peanuckle series and this is probably my and my 16M old daughter's favorite alphabet. Simple, colorful illustrations and no cheating on any of the letters.

Cute but has a typo
Derived From Web , Feb 27, 2021
It's a cute concept and my daughter enjoyed learning new bird names, but the typo on the nightingale page is disappointing. I don't understand how books like this get published with typos, no one proofreads or checks the quality of the book.

This series is THE BEST
Derived From Web , Feb 3, 2021
I stumbled upon this series of books at a bookstore in November. At the time, I picked up two of the books as gifts for the twins of my friend, who was an elementary school teacher. Since then, I've gotten one for my son and three more as baby gifts for my friends. I'm absolutely obsessed. Each time I get a message from Amazon telling me how much they love the book. What's more, these aren't your ABC books for kids. The fact is, these are actually educational materials. Each of us has learned a thing or two, too! I can't wait to get more of these!

Very cute!
Derived From Web , Dec 26, 2020
Bought this as a present for my nature-buff friend. The illustrations are very crisp, colorful and cute. The Harrisons have said they love the book. We've also bought other books in this series as gifts, and they're all high quality board books with adorable and colorful illustrations. It's nice to be able to practice the alphabet without reading the same book over and over again. We plan to buy more to add to their collections.

ABCs for the toddler who loves the outdoors!
Derived From Web , Mar 3, 2020
Our toddler cannot get enough of the great illustrations and bird-theme pictures! Great educational book that is not the typical run-of-the-mill ABC kids book. Perfect for our 2 1/2 year old. Highly recommend to parents of toddlers.

Reading is his favorite pastime
Derived From Web , Sep 18, 2019
The Mrs Peanuckle's Alphabet Books are Amazing! I have purchased the Alphabet Book, the Bug, Flower, and Vegetable Alphabet Books for my grandson, Jack Bird. He has just turned 27 months old and is obsessed with them. He can't wait for one use to sit down with him, so that he can read them to us over and over again. Pure delight. Please, I want to thank you for all your purchases.

Best book for little bird and nature lovers!
Derived From Web , May 19, 2019
Bought for my bird-lover 18 month old. It was a hit! We've narrowed it down to five books that stand in a class by themselves. It's just perfect. The illustrations are beautiful. We read this again and again. High quality paper used for the book.

I like it, but one big error
Derived From Web , Apr 3, 2019
I bought it mainly because my little one likes images of birds so much, but there is a pretty big error on the nightingale that I assume was just missed during editing. It is a sturdy book with lots of colors that she will enjoy reading more.

My Tiny Tyrant loves this book.
Derived From Web , Nov 11, 2018
I probably read this book to my kid three or four times a day. She doesn't throw it in my lap, makes a bird noise, and forces me to read it. The princess was 18 months old when she was forcibly taken away by her father. If she wants the book, we must read it. I give this 5 star review in her honor.
