Reluctant Reader LOVES These!
Derived From Web , Sep 24, 2020
My reluctant reader, who only reluctantly reads these books, will devour them. The complaints about content from others are in reference to just one book in this collection -- which is my son's favorite book. The stories are abridged versions of folktales from around the world. It's a Grimm's or gothic theme to them. I don't find them offensive, Booker said.

Perfect to help with reading!
Derived From Web , Jan 31, 2020
It's perfect for my son, who is first grade. The Echo helped me get him to a higher reading level. We read a story or two a night, Mr. O'Neill said. The program has helped with his reading progress and kept him interested in reading, Coach Paul said. 0 2622010 2622070 So far, the tutoring has helped with his reading progress, Coach Paul said. The costumes are not super scary, just a little spooky, Mr. Dhaliwal said. And he has all but locked himself away in a warehouse, working on his mind and imagination.

Halloween Book
Derived From Web , Nov 7, 2019
It was rated as "terrible" because it was a 2nd grade ready one-story book. I know this is Halloween but really going into such details for a kid that young. Saddened and disappointed.

Not what was I expected.
Derived From Web , Jul 16, 2019
This set is terrible, I wouldn't recommend it. One book in this set is worthless, no meaning at all and I don't think it's appropriate for children ages 6-7. The other pointless books don't teach, and they're not interesting at all. Usually we read a book many times, not the same.

I only liked two books out of this collection.
Derived From Web , Jun 3, 2019
The book collection came on time as described and in perfect condition, but I think two of them are too girlie: the infamous haunted house and the one-eyed witch Lu Lu goes to school.

Big hit w my 4 year old!
Derived From Web , Apr 15, 2019
I bought them for my nephew's birthday. He's a huge fan of all things spooky, and he's even had a couple of ghost stories written for him. I'm told I have to read them over and over again. They're enough that I can point out some words for him to learn but mostly enjoyable, and we like reading them together!

Great spooky pack!
Derived From Web , Mar 5, 2019
This is a huge fan of the game. I work with kids and they love scary stuff so this is great, Melissa. Compact and well-packaged, the Echo will surely catch the eye of any potential buyer. One thing's the stories sometimes like the green ribbon one might be a little scary for kids that young.

Too scary for preschoolers!!
Derived From Web , Sep 14, 2018
I am not happy with the first two books. The foam was bought for my daughter's birthday present from her daycare. I thought they would be cute and fun for Halloween, Melissa said. It's too scary for my kids to play with. I should have researched the titles more thoroughly. It would cost me too much to send them back, Kerry said. It's just that the money is wasted.
