This is a religious book with all things funny-Jewish. If you live in that Yiddish world, you are very clever. If not, you might find it a bit off putting.

My husband and I had a baby just, but we knew that we wanted a book to be part of her bedtime routine right from the start. We bought Luna and Buenas Noches Luna and this book to start. We love how fun and cute it is and how much it gets these words in her mind from the very beginning.

This is a great book for introducing Jewish children to the culture of the small. I would definitely not call it a baby book though -- my 2.5 year old really enjoys it. If she were much younger, I am not sure that she would have the attention span for it.
