My son loves absolutely everything about this book. When you own several books by Taro Gomi and they definitely don 't disappoint. It is a great way to teach him to teach the names of objects and animals. Since then, I have bought several copies of this book for friends and family and have always been well received and loved. The most recent gift was raved at the gift opening. Another parent that we had given the book to rave about how much they and their daughter love the book. Great for teaching friend as a word to know and other sighted word skills become clear without ever calling them sight words. I don '' do anymore sight words. If it does not fit a pattern... It is called an oddball!

...With a Little Help from My Friends
Derived From Web , May 22, 2022
My Friends by Taro Gomi is a beautifully illustrated book about learning simple skills... with a little help from your friends. And in this story, all the creatures are your friends. The artwork is delightfully simple, colorful and crisp. The language sounds poetic, even lyrical, when you read it aloud. I recommend this engaging book for all toddlers, beginning readers or anyone who enjoys a sweet story.

Fun and Cute
Derived From Web , May 31, 2019
The illustrations are easy to read and fun and the book is unique, so it is perfect for small children. I really enjoy the search for friends in nature, as my children often do. The only thing I did not like is the little boy pulling her hair in one of the illustrations at the end. This isn 't a friendly action and reminded me too much of the that means he likes the trope, so it gets four stars for that.
