We love reading these to our infant granddaughter

We want our grand daughter to like books. She likes to look at the pictures when we read them. These are small enough for small hands.

Thumbs down

There are words in the books that my 3 year old doesn't understand. My son was expected to understand everyday language. We focus on what the words mean rather than what the book says.

Smaller than expected

The books are cute for little hands. The sets would fit in the carrier box. I expected them to be larger than they are.

Just ok

For Christmas, we got these for our baby. I don't love them. I like the illustrations in the pictures. I'm not sure a 5 year old would understand the wording. The point of board books is that babies can put everything in their mouths in a few minutes, and then they can start to separate. I don't expect them to hold up forever, or to a large amount of liquid, but it would be nice if they lasted longer than being put in the mouth a couple of times.
