Our granddaughter has been through some difficult experiences and needed an effective strategy for calming herself, Mrs. Dhaliwal said. This book is perfect for teaching a simple breathing technique that a young person can use when stressed or unable to fall asleep. We incorporate gratitude into the exercise, too.
