Exploring Ireland Requires a Good Map
Derived From Web , Apr 27, 2022
We used this map and our Garmin GPS, and I wouldn't have had it any other way. This map definitely does not have all the small roads that we would have needed, but it let us know the major roads that we should look for and let us get a clear picture of the 1,200-mile journey we took around the country. Buy a map if you want to explore the country.

Good map depending on your needs.
Derived From Web , Apr 27, 2022
This is a great map to get an overall sense of cities and landmarks of interest. Great for directions, but not great for actual driving. Only the major roads are passable, my friend told me. Before you get too excited about the new features, take a look at the old maps or get an international data plan for maps.

Worth the price!

Very nice map, said one GPS addict. We will be travelling Ireland by car and the detail on this map is exceptional. The coated paper should hold up better to wear and tear than uncoated paper. Will we be using the same map we plan to drive?

Use as a 3rd backup plan while traveling thru Ireland by self-driving, could have used more road details, the vehicle's manufacturer said.

great buy
Derived From Web , Jul 31, 2020
This was a very handy item for us because there are places we can't get reception for gps. This one was also very tear-resistant, making it an excellent investment. It's not quite plastic, but you can feel that it's either coated or they use a sturdier paper. We had priced them at twice the cost of this one, too.

After a day of flying, I got back from Ireland and circled the entire island. The Global Positioning System was lost in places.

Helped us pretty well, but some points of interest and castles are wrong, he said. It was very helpful to get a general idea of the area, Mr. Dhaliwal said.

With cell phones and I didn't know if I would have to use this when I visited Ireland, but I'm happy I got it. In the areas where you don't get coverage or your data is running out, this was a lifesaver, said Cara.

Great road overview of a wonderful country!
Derived From Web , Nov 16, 2017
Great view of the Island. A little tough at times to find detail and certainly not easy to use while in the car, Mr. Dhaliwal said. It was useful to do route planning along the main roads. Major points of interest were easily located, he said. The map is coated with a protective film that holds up well to wear and tear. Only a few would try to make it better, he said, by making it worse in a lot of ways. It's just that the atlas wasn't that good. It would also take away some of the convenience that comes with broadband.

Excellent map listing many sites and attractions
Derived From Web , Oct 13, 2017
Before we left, we used this map to plan our trip. It helped us plan our trip by listing most of the sites and places we wanted to visit. Without this map, we would have had to rethink everything, Mr. Caramore said. This map helped us plan out what we could reasonably do each day, he said. Before you can plan your trip, you must determine what sites or attractions you want to visit, underline them on the map, and then plan your days accordingly.
