Very good book in very good condition, with slight wear to the spine. My son is now a senior at Earlham College in Virginia. I gave him this book for Christmas and he was effusive. He said they had a copy of it in the photo lab at school, and that it had been hard to return it when he left. If you like animals, like photography, are education-oriented or just like beautiful books, then this is for you. All proceeds from the sale of these books will directly support National Geographic's Photo Ark initiative, which supports conservation and habitat restoration work around the globe.

A really amazing book filled with wonderful pictures of animals, said Dr. Goin. Really great pictures of animals. It was a surprise, said Kim, "because I bought it for my daughter and it was also for my nephew." This is a very special book. I'm disturbed by the increasing number of animal species that are disappearing in just my lifetime, he said. Many of these are gone by the time our kids are born. I support his project and this book is stunning. Capturing the photos as he's done isn't easy. Several of the kids I've met have been waiting for years for this book. The book is absolutely stunning and I can't wait to get more of it in the future! It's perfect for everyone, even if you're not a fan of the original.

THE PHOTOGRAPHY IS BREATHTAKING. Astronomers are also observing other extraterrestrial lifeforms that have a life on planet Earth, albeit its future will never see again. THESE PHOTOS ARE ONLY A FRACTION OF WHATS OUT THERE and IT CAN ALL GONE IN A MATTER OF YEARS OR DECADES, IF ANY. I believe that bringing me to man, who also has the same thrust at the present rate of development, will bring me to greater heights. WAKE UP HUMANS YOUR NOT FAR FROM THESE CREATURES.

Saw in 60 minutes, Bill Richardson flies around the world to take pictures of these animals, many of them rare and endangered. Really good quality portraits of these animals, Mr. Furthau said. It's worth holding onto a hard copy to remind ourselves how beautiful the world is.
