Great Bible for early elementary kids

The cover features an illustration of the lion from the "Hunger Games" movies. This book has great addition material _ extras _ throughout that answer many of those 'why' questions we parents are always getting. The only thing that was disappointing is that it doesn't fit in the Adventure Bible Casecover because of the magnetic flap. It's actually a tad snug if it's just placed inside, but the back cover won't tuck in the back slot to secure it. So if you are planning on using a case with it, I would recommend getting it without the magnetic flap. He is excited to start reading his first Bible.

I asked her if her grandkids could help with the gardening. Realizing this, two of the teens changed their minds and said they would come to southern Ohio for a few days. The two kids were told by their parents that they did not practice Christian faith. So I got these for them, Tunick said. A friend of mine was thrilled. I am putting together an incentive program for them to read. We hope that God becomes real to these kids.

Nice book, but arrived damaged.

It was a birthday present, but unfortunately it arrived damaged. It looks like someone grabbed it off the shelf and dug a nail in the spine in the process, the book is otherwise okay and is very beautiful inside and out. For the hole in the spine, which distracts from the beauty and makes the book look second-hand, I accept that I don't see how I can give it as a present now.

Attractive Design. Great for Kids!

It's great to be back home, said Jennette. This is great for kids, too, because the book is so kid-proof. The cover and inside pages are attractive. This is a great book, full of all the Bible's books with chapters and verses, not just bible stories. The book also tells kids that the language is easy to understand and the highlight images are eye-catching and explanatory. It helps my child to continue to learn the principles that he is working on and also is a good guide to help him connect with God in prayer. Now I'm looking to teach my son to love God's word, to learn how to read it and I hope when he is a grownup he will remember it as a special part in his childhood and walk with God.

Even with kid-friendly cover and interesting side notes for kids it still has adult content in some of the stories. Note that this has all biblical accounts and has not been edited to remove age inappropriate content.

Great beginner's study bible

If your child already has an adventure bible, I recommend you read it. The Lord's Prayer, for example, says, "If anyone would like to receive another bible, why not?" It's just that when you know we get the same item, why not? I do think that the magnet makes it a lot nicer because it provides a protective barrier to protect the pages, he said.

Just DO once, judge a book by its cover. This is the first and only time in the history of the world's greatest Christian denomination that a bishop has been forced to resign. It's shimmery brown, the pictures don't justice at all. Now to figure out if I give this beauty to my daughter or keep it for myself.

I've purchased this bible in the past, the original edition, for my oldest daughter. We love the mix of photos, and even fact-finding, Bruno said. It's great to have that one for my youngest daughter because she loves animals and the lion will distinguish her bible from her sister's. It arrived quickly and I was blown away by the quality of the magnet tab closure! I didn't even realize this was a problem until I was shopping. The price was great and the lion was better, Mr. Caramore said. But the magnet flap will keep this bible in great shape for years to come!
