   Helpful review for the licence exam.
The information is simplified, which helps me identify areas where I need to review more. The math section is very helpful, as are the sample tests for national and state sections.

   Better if printing was correct
The print was not lined properly, so that words were left at the end of a sentence or paragraph, making it difficult to determine what was stated.

Then you spend more time studying how the book works, than studying for the exam. I '' wouldn't bother. There are free online quizzes that have me better prepared than this book waaaay. Save yourself ''. It is not necessary to buy it. Actually, I give it 0 stars.

   Misinformation. Many answers are outdated or incorrect
I bought this book to study for my state exam NC RE. However, many of the answers and information are either incorrect or outdated. I would like to get a refund on this.

A must have, wished I would have bought it before I had to take the test again for the third time.

   Wrong Answer!
The test questions have wrong answers, i.e. CASH - Earnest money must be deposited within 3 days of receipt, not accepted offer. Another example, an agent WRITING a contingency is illegally practicing the law. The agent would use an addendum, the quiz answer was that the agent did nothing wrong.
