Timeless classic goes to find people at a true state of health as a measuring stick to guide us to health. The so called primitives had up to 100% immunity to tooth decay and disease, and he demonstrates scientifically very things very. If you read half the book and say to yourself, okay, I get it already, but that is just a testiment to Dr. Weston Prices'; professional research techniques. You will be amazed at the pictures, the dialogue and the statistics. With this book, you and your children can achieve health the way God intended it to be. Enjoy!

a life changing book

A must for everyone who wants to reverse health problems and become overweight. The book shows how ancestry knowledge about the food we are supposed to eat works best with media propaganda and all the false information that they bombard us with constantly. Eat the raw fats, meats, good dairy and produce and you should be on the path to Heling and feeling incredibly raw.

Repetitive, uninteresting and not what I expected
Derived From Web , Oct 28, 2018
I had read the many negative reviews on this book, but decided to give it a chance. I should have listened to the reviews and saved my money. Sadly, I expected so much from this book, but was sadly disappointed. This book was referred by a friend to me by a friend. We share an interest in the many ways that nutrition influences the human population, starting from conception. I expected to learn a lot of interesting facts, represented over many ways of life. As I read one chapter after another, I soon came to realize that the basis for each chapter is very much the same for every civilization that was explored. If you read a chapter, you have read the entire book essentially. The information is repeated chapter after chapter and the book becomes boring. I think it is really poorly written and needs to be revised '', I think it is really poorly written and needs to be revised. I really wanted to like this book, but I found it really hard to stay interested. I would not recommend this book to anyone ; it is not a good read.
