Split Decision

There are many good things about this place. There are also many toxic chemicals in the air. It's definitely a case of trying to separate wheat from chaff, and I ultimately found more of the latter than I could stomach. It may still be worth reading for the wheat, he said. The good things, TB, were often very good. YMMV, as always.

The topic is discussed from different key angles, especially the SPIRITUAL one!

A friend and I read this book together, which gave us great opportunities to make pauses for discussions and candidly share about our mental health with each other. What a book! So much information! I highlighted so many parts and plan on re-reading them! It also covers panic disorders, guilt, shame, stress, busyness and boundaries. Physical, mental and spiritual health are all taken into account. However, in my personal experience, taking care of the spiritual aspect has been step number 1 and this book did great at addressing that. Highly recommended!!!!!!!!!

This book was recommended by a friend. I got a copy as soon as it was released and I read a chapter or more every morning. For the most part, I found myself identifying with Chris and Elijah. Very thought provoking and a resource I will hang onto.

I'm back!
Derived From Web , Jun 3, 2021
My life has been unraveling for the last two years because I never gave any real thought to mental illness and depression because I mentored people and I don't get depressed, he said. Something was wrong with me and I would have more valleys than mountain tops, and then I was in the valley all the time. Our pastor mentioned this book was coming out soon and I ordered it. This book wrecked me from the start. With all the life negative issues in my last two years, I started to listen to the enemy. This was a great reset and restart, almost like getting saved again. I'm back on level ground with purpose. The book is now available in stores.

He has done an excellent job researching the illness. He knows how I feel. I highly recommend this for anyone who has suffered or is suffering from depression, as well as anyone who knows someone who has. A must read for all counselors and mentors!

A MUST READ for such a time as this....
Derived From Web , May 29, 2021
The book was released at a critical time in history, and it's not a coincidence. With the uncertainty of the pandemic, this book along with God's Word has been a blessing! It's hands down my favorite book, and will continue to be in years to come! Thank you, Pastor Chris, for your fresh revelation about depression. I pray it will bless many, he wrote.

So timely and so needed!
Derived From Web , May 27, 2021
During my stay at the clinic, I went through a roller coaster of quarantine emotions and had been working to get out of a “slumpâ€. The information in Out Of The Cave helped me assess what I was feeling and, from a scriptural point of view, get out of the patterns that were keeping me down. Grateful for this book!

Out of the Cave

I was very excited to get this book. I am very particular about my books and when it was crammed into a box with some other items and the cover was crumpled I was not very happy about that. The cost of this book was $16.99 and I expected it to be in great condition, not like it was used. Please be more careful with your packaging. The content of the book is excellent.
