   Excellent Paleo Info
The order of her content is excellent, as well as her lists and recommendations. Only in the past few weeks have we seen the first and only cookbooks dedicated to Paleo.

   New to Paleo? BUY THIS BOOK!
OMG!, Tunick said. I've owned several, but this is the first one I've truly loved. Great intro into the Paleo lifestyle, easy to use recipes, meal planning guides for four weeks and loads of great recipes! Definitely a book I will continue to leverage during my paleo journey, Thibault said.

   Great cookbook!

   Used. Poor quality control.
He admits: "Maybe I missed something, but my book has definitely been used." I don't mind that it's been used, but most of the pages are ruined. It looks like the previous owner was hungry very much. My book is suffering from a fairly huge knife wound, and I'm not sure what the hell happened to it. Only in the past few weeks have we seen the real stars of the game, Michael Ciobanu and Pauley Perrette.

   Easy! Fast! Yummy! Staple ingredients! LOVE it!
I'm not a great cook, so I absolutely LOVE this book. Simply put, the easy ingredients are found in your local grocery store. Easy to follow and require no special skill, these recipes are great for anyone. Some slow cooker recipes are included and those that don't include slow cooker instructions can be adapted to a slow cooker or pressure cooker by doing an Internet search. They are great for us munchers. If you want to improve your health and lose weight, this is the book for you.

   Great book for starting out
The book is well worth the $9.99 price tag, said Traci Conlon, executive vice president of food and beverage for AOL. Paleo is the ancient name for what is now called "living fossils." The book is well written and easy to understand, said Dr. Michael Savage, the lead researcher on the project. My only real complaint about this book is that I wish I had an index with recipes sorted by the main ingredient, but it is just something I can do without.

   Great recipes bad layout
Great recipes as far as simplicity but the layout of the book is not very conducive to reading. She didn't include the recipe number for each of the meals on the weekly meal plans.

   This book is the best one! Extremely interesting to read
I have purchased 3 other books in the past to help me get started with Paleo. Best of all, The Fifth is by far my favourite book. Extremely well written and easy to follow through, this book will give you all the tools you need to start living the paleo lifestyle. Paleo is the book for anyone looking to start a Paleo diet.
