Everything about this book I have all her cookbooks and it's definitely one of my go to cookbooks. Easy to follow recipes.

Great customer service, and great recipes, Worth the investment. However, shipping could be improved as the book arrived damaged from sliding around in an empty box.

I can't say enough amazing things about Joanne Chang's cookbooks! I love the gram break outside, easy to read material and background information. Her recipes always turn out as expected and turns into a family affair when any of Joanne's books are opened.

   Well-written, precise, delicious
I absolutely love this book. The instructions are so clear and precise, I couldn't help but smile. I've made an upsized version of the vanilla cupcakes, the mocha cookies, and the salted caramel banana cream pie. The recipes turned out beautifully and were loved by all, the Web site said.

   This book has something for all bakers to learn
This is a beautiful book, with such an interesting mix of recipes, Mary. There is a range of difficulty, sweet and savory, and it is full of things I am truly excited to make, Melissa said. In fact, I intend for this book to be the first book I ever bake every recipe in. I think it's that well written, and contains a good mix of pastry skills to learn from lamination to enriched dough brioches to savory biscuits, said Dr. Julie Gerberding. It's called a "vegan gluten-free" book, not quite fair. There are loads of recipes containing all of the butter and flour you can hope for - and along with that, I truly appreciate the mix.
