This textbook is not only incredibly easy, it's silly. The headings make inappropriate jokes about serious health conditions presumably in an attempt at “humor” to presumably make it “easy” to remember but it just comes off as clunky and insulting.. and has nothing to do with the actual text.

   Made my life easy
I really like this book to use as a back up or quick refresher for a topic. It hasn't replaced my text book for medsurg, but it does me make sense of the concepts I struggle with. It is condensed information and to understand, I like the visuals added to this book, Tunick said. I gave it 4 stars because there is no disease process, but I still recommend this book.

I usually love this series of books, but this one did not go nearly into the detail of pathophysiology needed to pass the patho class.

I think I bought the wrong book. There is a book that I believe your classmate was referring to that has a rating of four or five stars. What's more, this was done without enough detail, he said.

   Exactly what it says it is
This book is exactly what it claims to be - a fairly easy intro to pathophysiology, Raymond said. Only 3 stars because they forgot to include the musculoskeletal system.

   Not very helpful for nursing school patho classes
I bought this book hoping that it would help make some of the pathology concepts easier for me to understand, but alas, it does not go into enough detail and in the end, was not very helpful. This would be great for someone taking A&P courses but not for nursing school, Grassley said.
