   wonderful book
I enjoyed this book so much I almost finished it in two nights. Now I am taking my time, reading one entry each night. It is very well written and has beautiful photographs accompanying the articles. It is inspirational, thought provoking and establishes a peaceful mindset for me, he said. It doesn't feel preachy but comforting. I highly recommend this book to anyone who has ever wanted to learn more about magic.

   HEAVILY SKEWED TOWARDS CHRISTIANS
The book is very heavily skewed toward practicing Christians, McBride said. So much so that after skimming a few pages, I just can't seem to get comfortable reading it. Do not give this to a dog or cat lover who is not very Christian. I wish the online description had said so. It mentions the name God once, but it did not say whether it was tied to any particular faith or any particular God. I never return books, but this one will have to go back.

The book was my 13 year old daughter's birthday present. She has a very good reputation for being a dog lover, said Barbara Comstock, a spokeswoman for the book. Each story is short with a bible verse and Paw Prayer. The Web site has a picture of the dog in question, along with a story about the writer's life.

   Great book for people who love dogs
I'm not much of a reader, because I lose train of thought. This book is different in the fact that not only sharing real stories of different dogs in different people's lives makes it much more enjoyable to read, but also helps preserve the integrity of the breed. The author did a good job of telling these stories, Glover said. Each story ends with quotes and prayers at the end of each story that helps you understand different struggles we have in life. It's well worth the money to read. The Bible puts the Lord's name first in all the stories.

   Pawfect Gift Book
I found this book at the airport and bought it because it includes scripture from Proverbs and the photographs are beautiful, too. I have done dog rescue work since 2005 with three different local rescue groups. I purchased a second copy from Amazon for a friend. I don't know who that is yet, probably one of my dog sitters. Very good book, highly recommend.

I highly recommend this devotional for dog lovers. Each story has a paws and ponder paws and a little bit of luck. I'm a wife, nurse, educator and mom of three. My 9-year-old daughter also loves it. It will make it home on my coffee table among other favorites.

He's so excited to be getting this book. I've read all the books except for this one. I read the book and now will spend time slowly rereading it, and I still have time to go over the entire Harry Potter series. This will be a book that I will read when I need a pick-me-up or help overcome things that bother me, Mr. Dhaliwal said. This is a perfect book to go with her book "Joey," true story of how a blind horse helped others learn to overcome their problems. I have read every book except one, and this is by far the best.
