We all love Pete the Cat

Pete was introduced to me in a book. I have purchased more Pete books for him and my granddaughter since then. They love the books and Pete. They make Pete dance to the rhymes and kiss him by giving him a Pete doll. The simple design of Pete's face and the book pictures make me happy as well. Thank you Pete!

*** MY CHILD LOVES IT SO I DO TOO!!! ***
Derived From Web , Apr 20, 2022
My child loves this book, but also says no. Pete's buttons pop off one by one. The book is large and has colorful pictures. My child is starting to point to the numbers and say them out loud. I wish the cover was shorter but my child likes it so I'm a fan.

My kids love Pete the Cat
Derived From Web , Jan 14, 2021
My two year old and my 6 year old love Pete the Cat, but maybe not as much as I would like, but they both love him. My white shoes and the missing cupcake are his favorite books. The books give my 6 year old confidence in his reading abilities and he enjoys the story. I'm thinking about getting a puppet for my toddler for valentines day.

Fun and educational! Toddlers love repetition.
Derived From Web , Mar 25, 2020
My daughter likes Pete the cat. These are the books she likes to read. The book is fun to read. She is reading it with me. She helps me count and do math. The math is planting seeds for her education later on because she is 2. If you do more than read the books, you can get more out of them. Count, find colors, look for objects and reinforce the ideas of the book. The Pete the Cat books have life lessons in almost all of them. Sometimes things come and go in this one, but it's ok.

You’ll always have your belly button
Derived From Web , Oct 11, 2019
I finally bought our own copy of this book after my daughters kept asking for it. It is simple enough that they have memorised the words and love to read along, each having their own part, counting and the big bellybutton reveal at the end. It is a great way to teach a lesson, but you will always have your bellybutton, so don't worry. A short read.
