   Pete the Cat Rocks! (really!)
This is the Cat Book by Pete on my grandkids that I bought for them. In May there is another one coming out that we will probably buy because we are the Cat Groupies here. In my school shoes, Rockin has pretty much the same message as the new shoes. Don 't freak out, it's all good! I like the added comments on the side. I have bought this book for my grandson, who is 4 yrs. She was 18 years old and started a new preschool in a new city. He was already acquainted with Pete as one of the first books I received was I Like My New Shoes, which he liked even when he was too young to know if the book was on the wrong side! We will read it like the video you can visit listed on the cover of the book. I bought a boxed Pete the cat for myself and he is in my living room over a window sill. I remember Joe's attitude when life throws me a curve! Will Pete get upset? Badness, no!

   my four year old daughter is obbssed.
So my daughter doesent realy likes books-everynite nite its a pain in the butt to get her to sit with me down and read books. Anyways, im an amzom addict an I saw scroll past this very book and freaked out all excited PETE THE CAT!!!!!! i have never seen her so excited over a book. An my gues is that she reads this book at school. An it came in the mail neatly clean and in good condition. Very cute! i want to get her the cat plush toy too.

   Love Pete!
I read this book to them the first week of school to help them learn where the key places are at our school. By the second week of school, they all know the song Pete Shoes, which we sing after each reading. We love Pete because it's all good.

   "Rocking" our summer into the school year
I came across this series of books this summer because it was on the suggested reading assignment for high school. The series LOVED. My kindergarten wanted to read ALL the cats's, so we went to the library. It is a very popular series, so we were able to rotate through the titles that our library owned. My kindergarten enjoyed the change of activities and could figure out what next was to come.

In our first meeting, my kindergarten teacher said, she used Pete the Cat i the Beginning a lot. I ordered the Kindle verison of this so that we could read it before he went to school and so that he would recognize something in a school full of new '' things.
