Good Workbook

My daughter absolutely loved it. Its one of two books i use to have study time with him or when she didn't have any homework. The fifth child, who attends school in the Washington suburbs, will start her first year of school in the fall. I would say it helped her a bit with her speaking, but she still has a lot to learn, Coach Mike Hayles said.

Great phonics book
Derived From Web , Jun 5, 2021
Myer whipped right through the K version of this, so we moved on to the first grade. It seems to target him more with more advanced skills, like blending, digraphs, middle and short vowels and word families. It's great to see the sticker chart at the end.

Good kindergarten review
Derived From Web , Jan 14, 2021
It was for my daughter who will be finishing her first year of school in the fall. Good for review of kindergarten material, not so much first grade, he said. I'm not sure I would recommend this book to a first grader.

Simple but fun
Derived From Web , Nov 23, 2020
It has stickers for every page after your child completes them, which is great. My first grader can do this book by herself without me having to sit with her, which is nice, but it is a little too simple. It's still a work in progress, but I really like it.

Affordable w/ pages of activities

I'm so in love with this little book. It has a lot of material if your little one is new to beginning and ending letters. My little one can figure it out, Mrs. Cowger said. This is the second book I bought, but my little one prefers this book, so I will be purchasing more materials from this company again.

A good way to start the reading/writing process
Derived From Web , Jun 11, 2020
It is recommended for kindergardeners or kids just starting 1st grade. I got it for my 1st grader to help him with his writing more than reading. It did help, Glover said.

taught my child quite a lot
Derived From Web , Apr 29, 2020
It was the only book I bought for him that he could put down and understand the beginning and end of words. It does a pretty good job teaching kids the concepts of beginning and ending sounds, but when it comes to vowels my child had a real time grasping it, I had to do it on a white board. This book will not teach your child how to read and neither is it guaranteed that your child will fully grasp how vowels work, but it has helped my child grasp the building blocks and how letters are assembled to create words, Melissa said.
