This book is a must-read for any psychonaut, although I wish that less of the text was devoted to his wife.

Probably my most recent favorite book, realistically I can not explain to you why this is a good book, but if you were searching or stumbled upon it just worth reading, time and time again.

I loved reading this book. Few books have drawn my interest like this. It is very well written and every time I picked it up, I felt as if I was going for a ride into Ann Shulgins'; mind. I am grateful to Shulgins for writing this book. I hope that it becomes a go-to book for those in need, to find help from nature, to find inspiration from God, and to find recipes from man and women. Ann and Sasha are grateful. Alex shares his love with Love.

However, the Cook - Book section requires a lot of deciphering. I have a chemistry degree that helps, but I spent a lot of time researching chemicals and apparatus.

Finally, society is changing to understand that these compounds are not recreational chemicals, which should be abused. The phenethylamines show us that these phenethylamines should be admired with respect and caution. A must have library for any psychedelic library.

I saw this book as soon as I wanted to see the documentary film. It is a thick one and I haven t quite finished it, but is very interesting. It is scientific, so you have to have an open mind and patience to get through it, but it is a great FICTION book .
