My kids like it

Both my daughters like Pinkalicious and dogs are dogs. They both like this book, so they can rewrite it. I think it is just ok. Nothing special, but not a bad book. In this story, Pinkalicious takes care of a friend's dog. The dog is scared at first. But then Pinkalicious turns it pink and they become their best friends.

I'll be honest, I have no idea why my child likes this series of the books. Most stories are somewhat shallow and uninteresting. This one is for early readers so I don 't expect a lot of detail, so I rate it in the middle of the road.

My 6 year old daughter loves absolutely pinkalicious books. She is in kindergarten and learning to read. These books do a great job of incorporating both battle words and words that are a little more difficult.

Book Cute : I buy all the books for my 7.5 yr old, she is mentally 4yrs old. She can not read, but I read to her nightly all the books she has been reading. Pinkalicious is her ever-popular books.
