   Pete the Cat for President!
I've had many kids who fell in love with the books. The stories are clear and concise, the font is large and there isn't too many words on each page. Pete the books are perfect for kids in pre-K or Kindergarten that are just learning to read. Most of the Pete the books end up with some kind of lesson about sharing or trying your hardest Cat even if you don't win, and I still enjoy them.

   Boys get into it.
The boys really liked this story because they can relate, Raymond said. It has a good sport attitude, too, he said.

   Love Pete the Cat Books!
It's just that the kids are having so much fun, making all the toys look so colorful. He has a very good reputation," said Jennette Tamayo, director of marketing for Mars Petcare. As our grandson's Dad plays baseball, this book is perfect.

   Good kids book
My son has a huge collection of Pete the books. It has a message of being a good sport and having fun to play with, he said. As long as you do your best, it's all good, he said.

   Entertaining for boys
My grandson is into all sports, and I gave him this because he reads at a very high level. He found it very entertaining since he enjoys Pete the Cat.

   Good beginner reader
It's a good book for a young reader to read as a bedtime story. There are some titles I'd like to see Pete more.

   Pete needs to practice more.
The Yankees' Pete S. cat sucks at baseball. Pete Hughes might have a book out next. Well, first of all, there won't be any Pete the cats in my house. Also, don't forget to double-check your spam filters. There was no such thing as a book, and the pages were all bent and creased. It had to have been a return, Mr. Rule told the judge. It's just that they call it, 'the Beatles.' It's definitely not new.

   Typical Pete. Super cute!
My grandkids absolutely love Pete the Cat. Like the book, they said they're planning to buy it. I know that it bothered a few other reviewers that Pete wasn't bothered by not being awesome at baseball. Second, he is an artist, and is always laidback. He did his best, and went about his day, he said. I think this would be a great message to send to a certain kind of kid. The artist is a French Jew, and the piece is titled "Portrait."

LOVE IT, Great for teaching sportsmanship!
I've read all the books except for the one by Gillian. Then his mom, Jackie, called him up to play youth baseball. I was amazed at the sportsmanship shown by many of the players, Coach Mike Davis said. And, boy, did this book nail sportsmanship, love it! Coach Kibble said she plans to buy every player in the book. Before you can play, you must first be respected, sportsmanship and playing as a team. It was a hit with my boys, too. Easy to read and understand, the book is recommended reading for all children.

This book series is one of my son’s favorites. ...
This book series stands in a class by itself. He is a toddler and can't read yet, but the simple storylines and colorful drawings keep him entertained and he retells the story as he remembers it. Even though he is not reading, I can see this being useful to him in a few years.
