Do you want to understand how to talk to people, including your own children? It simply puts things without being dry and long. It is easy to jump in and engages the reader. It helped me to realize that often people do not understand how to listen to and communicate with others, including myself.

Book came broken and torn off of the binding.

The book came off the binding and was not in great condition. I used it for class because I cherished it immediately. But I was kind of let down by a book that said it was just like new. I have paid a pretty good price for a worn book.

The pages were Xeroxed and appeared to be flimsy. I believe this is a knockoff of the actual clinical text and would encourage people to purchase the book directly from the publisher.
