Terrible advice - threw it in the trash!

This approach to potty training is not realistic for working parents and the author is condescending. I thought my child was ready for potty training based on certain behavior, however since I have been preparing her for potty training she has a negative association with the potty. Do not buy it. It's!

It does work
Derived From Web , Oct 29, 2021
I got everything I needed after reading the book. I wasn't allowed to leave the house for 3 days. pointers were not to be forgotten during the process. I washed several underwear by hand on the first day. He told me he had to pee and run to the potty on the second day. He changed him 1x during the day. He was a pro the first 3 days. My child is 12 years old. It has been weeks since the training ended. He goes to the bathroom on his own. He doesn't make a mess so I run in behind him. He has accidents here or there. He is only a child so that is a given when I am not around. This booked worked out well. I highly recommend it. All of the bad reviews. They didn't do it right.

Best potty training book ever!!!
Derived From Web , Apr 29, 2021
This book was amazing. It worked well for my kids who are completely different. My son and daughter were taught at 2.5 and 2 years old, respectively. blur has worked for me, I have given it to other friends. You have to follow the process step by step if you want it to work. I kept a journal. The author states that my kids got the whole process down in 10 days after learning the concept in 3 days. I recommend this book to everyone.

Caused complete potty rejection and trauma
Derived From Web , Feb 16, 2021
I would leave zero stars. This book is not realistic. On the fourth day of following this book, my son is terrified of the toilet. I tried everything in the book and he was holding in his pee and poop for 2 days until I pulled him up. The author blames the parent if it doesn't work if some kids are not ready. Terrible book.

It really works!
Derived From Web , Feb 11, 2021
This plan is extremely high maintenance for lack of a better word. It takes a lot of commitment and patience. My husband had to take off 3 days of work to execute this plan because it requires complete focus to be on the child without distraction. You have to stay in your house for the entire 3 days. It definitely works. On the first day of his life, my son had an accident that happened before he went to the potty. He peed in the potty 26 times after that and didn't have any accidents. He has been in underwear for a week and has only had a few accidents, either because he was distracted by TV or we were in a new environment. If you don't have time and patience, this plan won't work.

Great
Derived From Web , Jan 16, 2021
I am very pleased with the book and our potty training success. We just finished the second day. We had seven accidents on the first day, but stayed dry for nap time. I thought we had gotten lucky but after two accidents today, I feel like he's doing great! We had family over tonight and I thought he might have an accident, but he didn't. I think this book gave me the confidence I needed to help my son succeed.

The only potty training book you will need!!!
Derived From Web , Jan 4, 2020
I am very happy with this book. It is only 100 pages, but filled with useful information and advice. It gave my husband and myself the confidence to do potty training. Our daughter is strong enough to fight if she doesn't want to do something. I think this helps us to motivate her and feel good about it, she had one accident at daycare on the fourth day and hasn't tackled overnight yet, but she's only 3... We will get there! This is the only book you will need. !

It works but only if you work it
Derived From Web , Jan 5, 2019
This method was used on 2 year old bg twins. It's a lot of work where twins are concerned. My boy was wearing a size 7 diaper, they were still hooked on the bottle, and they were not sleeping in their beds, but with my husband and I. I told them before time that it was all changing. We put the bottles and diapers in their beds at night. We had a lot of accidents, but by the time we sat them down, they had stopped urinating. They haven't gotten the pooh mastered yet but I keep them lots of underwear on hand and potty accessories and now my girl goes from start to finish by herself. Don't give in and don't give up!
