You'll never be a perfect parent, but you can be a praying parent Using principles from his New York Times bestseller The Circle Maker, Mark Batterson shares a perfect blend of biblical yet practical advice that will revolutionize your relationship with your children. As you discover an entirely new way of praying, you'll see how prayer is your secret weapon. Batterson shares five prayer circles that will help you not only pray for your kids but also pray through your kids. Batterson teaches how to create prayer lists unique to your family, claim God-inspired promises for your children, turn your family circle into a prayer circle, and discover your child's life themes. And he not only tells you how; he illustrates why. As Batterson writes, I realize not everyone inherited a prayer legacy like I did, but you can leave a legacy for future generations. Your prayers will shape the destiny of your family for generations to come. It's time to start circling.

   Highly Recommended
I've read this book in one sitting. It was a smash and gave us indigestion, PHENOMENAL. Leaving a legacy through our prayers is something I've never encountered. Some have said that this book basically states that if you pray for it, you'll get it, but I disagree. The book emphasizes the need to align our prayers with God's will and His plan, and that even if our prayers aren't answered we are not to be offended. One of the great moments in eternity will be the day God peels back the space-time curtain and reveals His sovereignty by connecting the divine dots between our prayers and His answers, he writes. That web of prayer has touched every nation, every generation. I would highly recommend this book to anyone who is not a book reader.

Inspiring and has good ideas, Paul said. Of course, your children will be among the first to know.

   Great BOOK!
This book is very good. It challenged me to seek the Lord and to pray over to him for guidance in teaching my children. Or, the seeds of prayer we sow in the lives or our children will reap by them, our grandchildren and generations to come. Prayer is key. I highly recommend this book to anyone.

Becoming a Prophet for your Children
We have the opportunity to help write our children's future through prophetic statements, he said. Praying our kids through the Bible, looking for verses that apply to their unique ness, will produce significant results that will shake the future of not only their world, but THE world in which they interact.

God Maintains His Faithfulness Through Circles of Prayer
The straight forward message of how the prayers of our forefathers and foremothers has brought us safe this far serves to reaffirm our faith that the Lord will heal and deliver to the end of the earth.

   For your children
Praying Circles Around your Children by Barbara Comstock is a great book. This book is very profound from the New York Times best-selling author of The Circle Maker. The book is being published today, but it has 103 pages. A quick and easy read, Byrne said.

Incredible Guide to Praying for your Children
There is nothing in this book that fits the “New Age” mentality and I wish the person who left the review, or at least the person who read it, would have left more information. I'm Christian, VERY cautious about what I read and what Christian leaders I follow. The book talks about how to pray for your children to follow their Lord. I've read many, many, many, many, books by this writer. If you have children that you love, grandkids, students, nannies, and so on, this book is for you!

   Worth Reading!
I have read the Mark Batterson book "Shattered Glass" and "Shattered Mirrors." I really like how this book is broken up into smaller sections, each chapter broken up into manageable chunks. When I end a reading session, I like to stop at a point, but sometimes chapters are too long. The smaller sections help if you only have time to read a few pages. The book is shorter and thinner than the Circle, and is also illustrated by Alfred Lord. This book made good points, said Pauley.
