New mindset and peace since reading this book

The free study guide and free prayer calendar I began using only a few weeks ago. I mean, it's new territory for me, because they're all in their 20s and out of the house. Jodie had recommended that I get the book because I was so intrigued by the thoughts that she would refer to in the study. It feels like you're right across the table from her. This book is amazing how it talks about releasing your children, your fears, emotions into the hands of Christ who can care for our children way better then we can. This is a must have book when you're children push the envelope in that age to life as an adult vs a child, yet your parenting desires are your ways instead of theirs. Let the Lord make straight their path and you as a parent rest with peace and joy knowing that He protects His children better then we and places His hands under them when they fall. He has every aspect of your child fully in his sight and only the will of His Father is good enough, he said.

Thanks for the resource. The thing I liked most about this boom is that the author has gathered relevant scripture in one place and that she personalizes the scriptures, Raymond said. I'm not saying why this never occurred to me, but it makes the prayer much more powerful.

It's great to see a book like this come out. Praying for your children is the best thing you can do for them and this book really amped up my prayer life, Melissa. If you don't pray for your kids, who will? Each book ends with scriptures that apply to that chapter of life. If you have an adult child, you need this book. It's great to have such a good product, recommend it to anyone.

Extremely encouraging! If you have an adult child, you need this book. Praying the Lord's Word over your children is the most effective way to pray. God's word never comes back empty, but accomplishes what He sends it forth to do.

Praying for your adult children is the best! Jodie's books are so practical and encouraging, I can't help but buy them. It points us right to God's word as the source for praying for our kids no matter their age! She also included scripture prayers to encourage parents as well.
