Changed My Life
Derived From Web , Mar 23, 2019
I don't usually write reviews, but this book is so amazing that I have to say something. In 3 days, it has changed my life. I have changed my bed time routine to break sleep associations and put the baby down when she is awake. I moved her from my bed to her own and eliminated the swaddle and pacifier. She slept in her crib from 9 pm to 7 am with two nights of feedings and less than 10 minutes of crying. My husband and I slept next to each other in the same bed last night, and I hope that continues. We are going to try and fix our nap problems today. My sister in law has a baby with sleep issues and I am going to give her a paperback copy of the book. Thank you for reading!

Cry it out
Derived From Web , Nov 20, 2018
This is a book that is basically a cry it out book. Hearing your baby scream is not worth much. The Facebook group was just as bad as the one I found with mothers talking about their babies crying for hours. Thank you but no.
