Python 2 only! DOES NOT COVER ANY PYTHON 3.
Only Python 2! DOES NOT COVER ANY PYTHON 3. All the code is also Python 2, so that at this time it is pretty useless.

Exactly what I was looking for!
As an experienced C++Java developer who needed a deep dive into Python, I was offered exactly what I need from this book to quickly learn the tricks of the language without wasting time on general programming concepts. Moreover, the author seems to know exactly what you'll be thinking while reading it and answering your questions before you have a chance to ask them. Also, the important way in which information is presented and structured allows you to skim dozens of pages at a time without fearing an important bit of information.

   Good content but poor organization.
I discovered the blog of Dans and was impressed by the depth of knowledge. When I opened the book, I received it up to a random page and was not disappointed. There was also depth and clarity in the video. What is it? Especially a book by Tips ''. The table of contents exists, but is not very useful. I ended up building a few index cards and manually getting an index. The content is very interesting, good depth and clear.

Beginners and Intermediates: excellent Pythonic presentation of good Python programming practice.
As a seventy-year-old beginner to the intermediate pypunk freak, this book was a complete revelation in more ways than one. It is honest in the sense that it is the kind of book that it promises to be. It has the knack of explaining without oversimplifying, taking the extra step in many cases to go behind the scenes, as the author enjoys saying in the digital toolkit offered as a bonus of 12 enjoyable sessions. To be sure, excellent value for money, but above all excellent value.

   Good intermediate level book
If you are programming in Python, doing a lot of cut and paste and not fully understanding what you are doing, this book may be for you. If you are looking for a complete step without becoming a next expert, this book may be for you. However, if you want a comprehensive book, this book is not for you. But for those who want to have a great level of ability, this is a moderate book.

Book is great, but when you sign up for the daily ...
The book is great, but when you sign up for the daily tipping email it is just spam. Every single day, every single day. It is unfortunate. This is a big spam for the same thing every single day, not necessary at all. I thought I signed a PYthon tip every day for an email list, and that is not the case. Then read the book, but don 't sign up for the email list.
