Not the book for small servings
Derived From Web , Dec 29, 2021
I cook only meals for myself and all recipes in this book make 8 servings or more. I've been waiting for recipes for 2 or even 4, but 8 is a bit much. I return the book.

Save Your Money
Derived From Web , Dec 12, 2020
There are way too many recipes that I should never eat. For example, there are too many pasta recipes. I can have some of it in very small quantities, but I get hungry! Barely any pictures to even show you what things should look like, plus the print is too small. I want to keep things simple. This book goes on and on and really frustrates me.

Good book, depending on your taste.

For me, I found the recipes slightly over the top. It is a good book, just not the meals I would like to cook for myself.

Very pleased with my purchase!
Derived From Web , Feb 8, 2020
Definitely tasty sounding recipes. I have not yet cooked from the book because I received it just now, but it beat another diabetic cookbook that I recently received. Good, simple recipes with good ingredients are available. To the point, but here and there with a few color photos. I have tried lots of things that I want to try. Make sure to read the Count of Cars on each.

Don't buy this for your Dad
Derived From Web , Oct 2, 2019
For my dad, I bought this. He found that the recipes require a lot of ingredients that a typical old guy does not keep in a rural area. It is now mine. )

Easy to understand.
Derived From Web , Jul 29, 2018
I bought this book hoping to find some recipes that my husband will eat. The recipes contained in this book will not even make it to his fork. He is not healthy for anything. I think that the recipes are pretty simple, and if you have a health person in your family who is not afraid of eating diabetic, this is a good book.
