   Software code didn't work but customer service provided a download link
Like many people, I got a is not a valid redemption key error when I tried to download the software using the information on the inside of the book. Overall, I had a good experience with Nolo's customer service. The instructions are on the download site, but I'm not sure if anyone else has done it. The problem was identified only yesterday, but the company only emailed me a download link 13 hours later. I won't give them five stars because of the error, but otherwise things worked out fine, said Dr. Steve.

   Did not pay for a used product
I was not expecting a used book since I paid full price for the book. Software did download properly, but again disappointed us with the price.

   Great product
I got the book and found the download link. The problem is that I was not able to download the software, but I was able to use it immediately. Durable Powers of Attorney and Medical Directives for both Mepham and his wife were created. The Caicos will complete its wills soon, they said. The program has great suggestions and guides to help you navigate the various options and state requirements, said Dr. Brian Stokes, director of NASA's Ames Research Center in California.    Easy to use at home will maker
Quicken and the Will Maker and Trust manual make it fairly easy to make everything. The book provides guidance for creating wills, trusts, and other associated items. For those who want to prepare their own documents, this is a good option. It helps you to prepare for the lawyer visit.

   Useless!
So-called Durable Financial Power of Attorney does not include any language that includes power of attorney for banking, so they won't have access to your bank accounts. Wells Fargo Bank completely rejected the ACC's request for an extension. Even if the court agrees, it will not apply to any state in the US. Even if they are designated as Executor in a will, they cannot access bank accounts unless there is a separate statement they are acting as your representative for banking. Now I have to pay an attorney to prepare the papers.

   Where is Nolo support? Where is my product?
I ordered the book and software kit, but am not able to download the software. Contribute: Nolo no longer honors my old password. Note that the "I forGOT MY PASSWORD" feature will not send me an e-mail. Nolo won't let me create an account with my e-mail as instructed by the host, as long as I have a valid username and password. Please try again later. The support phone number is 866-438-4222, and the Web site says support is "completely non-responsive." The problem is, I paid the price, but I did not retrieve the software part of the product.
