Nice quality and great colorful pictures.

My daughter got the call today from her doctor. The book is very good quality, and the pictures are great. The instructions seem to be easy, but I haven't tried making anything yet. I'm excited to be working on one of the projects. Very happy with the book.

It’s Just Photos

What I got instead was a book of photographs by the author. Most images are created with very little or no quilling involved. Although aesthetically pleasing, they don't showcase any degree of talent or skill. I wish I had wasted my money and it went right into the Goodwill bin. If you're looking for that perfect Halloween costume, this is for you. If you're looking for a quill, pass this one.

The item was in perfect condition when delivered, said Gillian Kent, a spokeswoman for the Royal Mail. It's exactly what I hoped it would be, and more. Easy to read, with step-by-step instructions in clear photos. I love how she put this together, very easy to follow, she said.

It has templates in the back and gives you a taste of what quilling is like _ but be warned, it uses a different size paper than most of the pre-cut quilling paper is and it took me a solid minute to figure that out. It has lost a star with me because I think it only covers the quilling with that size strip and I expected it to cover more of the art in general, Savage said.

I compliment on the photography and artistry put forth by Mr. Daschle. The final product is beautiful, too. The author doesn't provide measurements nor does she explain how to create the borders of her work. I'm sure the author put a lot of effort into it. The instructional aspect falls short of acceptable, the report says.

If you're looking to go a little further than flowers for a card then look no further than this! She does modern designs that use bright colors, giving you step-by-step directions. To achieve her 'look' you need to use wider papers - 14 to 38 squares or more - and cardstock 'outlining' papers.
