The book is a little more basic than I would think a sixth grader would need, but the simplicity works well for my son. The book is on the small side, but it's a good value for money. It's great to hear that Graham said it would be a suppliment.

This book is way too easy for a 6th grader, I would say it's more for a 3rd or 4th grader. It's just too short a story, too many questions, and not enough writing prompts.

The book is very informative and short, even for a first-time reader, making it an easy read. The question is great, they really help my child to grasp what was just read. I got this to help my daughter, in hopes of getting a better understanding of what she's reading, Mrs. Rule told the judge. With this book she can do independent work and not freak out about it taking her forever. Only having 10 questions, she said, was good.

I got these for my kids to make sure they were staying engaged, Mrs. Dhaliwal said. They had just finished sixth and were in a pretty good school, they were great, they said.
