Book Overview
Respect the Legend. Idolize the Prodigy. Celebrate the Champion. But never underestimate the Rebel.
With unmatched suspense and her signature cinematic storytelling, #1 New York Times-bestselling author Marie Lu plunges readers back into the unforgettable world of Legend for a truly grand finale.
Eden Wing has been living in his brother's shadow for years. Even though he's a top student at his academy in Ross City, Antarctica, and a brilliant inventor, most people know him only as Daniel Wing's little brother.
A decade ago, Daniel was known as Day, the boy from the streets who led a revolution that saved the Republic of America. But Day is no longer the same young man who was once a national hero. These days he'd rather hide out from the world and leave his past behind. All that matters to him now is keeping Eden safe--even if that also means giving up June, the great love of Daniel's life.
As the two brothers struggle to accept who they've each become since their time in the Republic, a new danger creeps into the distance that's grown between them. Eden soon finds himself drawn so far into Ross City's dark side, even his legendary brother can't save him. At least not on his own . . .

The Perfect Ending
Derived From Web , Sep 18, 2020
A friend of mine hooked me on the saga and I have been emotionally invested for about a year. Thank God, it ended the way it did. I loved that Eden got his own story and we were able to see him become a man as readers. I loved that distance and memory loss could not keep Daniel and June apart. The story was a page turner and kept me on my toes, but at the same time made me think about how relatable it is to today's society. The story was deep and incredibly relevant, given the political climate of today. What I love most is how the change was made. The progress was enforced by the people. Daniel, June, Eden and Pressa triumphed over adversity, created positive change and love reigned supreme. It is a truly beautiful story.

Not enough June
Derived From Web , Mar 14, 2020
This is not a continuation of June and Day's story, this is Eden and Daniels story ten years later and oh, btw June and Daniels get back together too. They were such a huge catalyst for change in their world that news coverage and publicity would almost immediately have forced their partnership into his view, and he never asked Hey, who is this girl I led the revolution with? He knows that no body he forgot. This whole premise is still a big dent in an otherwise Shiny story for me.

Fun novel
Derived From Web , Nov 15, 2019
4.5 Stars Major Warcross Vibes! I could definitely tell that this book has been influenced by this series. It was a very new book, at times I loved it because of the weird characters and plot and other times I was sucked back into the JuneDay story. All said, I loved the final touches for the story and the callbacks to the other books. I also liked that while it did have some nostalgia, it was also its OWN book, not just another sequel. Older Eden's amount of involvement in this story was a total surprise and I liked it, making it a different novel in a good way in the series overall.

I'm so happy you wrote this book!
Derived From Web , Oct 21, 2019
I may not be in this age group, since I am an adult, but I have loved every minute and chapter of all four books. Day, June and finally Eden are on full display and it has been a blast! I recommend Rhis book to any reader of any age, who loves a great story and lovable characters. Actually, I read the other three books again because they are addicting to read over and over again. A Gargantuan thank you goes to Marie Lu for writing this book, which finally sees all the major characters have a happy ending. Day, especially June and July. At the end, they deserved to be married.

I have no words
Derived From Web , Oct 6, 2019
It has been so long since I last visited this character. I was a teen then and I am now an adult and revisiting them as adults felt like catching up with old friends. In this book I shed so many tears and my heart feels full and satisfied. I have to thank Marie lu from the bottom of my soul. In a very special time of my life, your characters came to me. Daniel and June have taught me so much. There are lessons I learned through them that will stay for ever with me. I'll continue so with a simple thank you.

The conclusion we've all been waiting for
Derived From Web , Oct 6, 2019
4.5 stars : I feel like this series now has a true ending compared to the one from Champion. Daniel and June have really grown up and matured, given how much time has elapsed since the last book and from life experience. But because of the end of the Champion, I have a pretty good idea of what Daniel is thinking even if June is uncertain. Eden is now his own person, and I enjoyed getting to know him more in this book. I liked the storyline just fine, but my favorite parts were the ones with Daniel and June of course, because at long last they have the ending we waited for.
