It was amazing! Couldn't stop this book from being read. I finished reading it at 100 AM. You will love this book if you like islands, ocean and suspense.

OK but not my favorite
Derived From Web , Jan 18, 2022
The story picked up over the course of time. I can't wait to talk to my book club about their interpretation of the ending, it was too unbelievable for me.

Soooo good!
Derived From Web , Jan 16, 2022
It was not what I was expecting. The story line was great and I finished it in 2 days. It is easy to follow the story line. There are a lot of lies, trust and deceit. It was very good. My personal book challenge this year is my favorite story.

Nico and Lux are hired by Amma and Brittany to take them to Meroe Island
Derived From Web , Jan 14, 2022
They sail on their small boat. Jake and Eliza are on their catamaran when they get there. They were going to stay for a couple of weeks and go back to Hawaii. A lot can happen in two weeks, but not all of it is great.

Loved it!

It was fast paced and engaging. There is a dark side to girls. Paradise is not as close to hell as you think.

Highly recommend for getting out of reading slumps
Derived From Web , Jan 9, 2022
This was a fast read that I could not stop reading. It's hard to find a book that keeps going, and this one did. I didn't think it was a thriller at first, but by the end of it, I was convinced! This is a good book to get out of a reading slump.

Meroe Island
Eadie Burke , Dec 28, 2021
This book is set on Meroe Island which is a desolate spot in the middle of the Pacific Ocean. Six twenty-somethings are embarking on the journey to this island and they will be cut-off from civilization. They start to feel like the island is closing in on them. One person goes missing and another turns up dead. The remaining friends begin to wonder who else will be swept away from this island. I would like to thank NetGalley, Macmillian Audio and St. Martins Press for a Kindle copy of this book. I enjoyed listening to the audio and following along with the book. It was an excellent experience and the narrator, Barrie Kreinik, did a great job. I enjoyed The Wife Upstairs and was looking forward to reading Rachel's next book. I was not disappointed and read the book in one sitting. I found the characters very interesting and well-developed. The plot was unique and held my attention to the very end. The colorful cover is very eye-catching and well designed. If you enjoy mystery thrillers, you don't want to miss reading this one.
