This is an important and visionary work. It is ...
This is an important and visionary work, said Dr. Richard Cullen, director of NASA's Ames Research Center in California. The movement to heal and create healthy, healing and culturally-creative organizations is gaining momentum.

A true gem about next generation management practice
The rare book that puts forward new learning with well-documented, clear examples of practices that work. If there is a revolution in management innovation, books like this will fuel the movement.

   High abstract
I need to read it, and I've read a lot.

   Energizing
A pragmatic and business-oriented view of a spiritual subject, or vice versa. The book is a French translation of the English "Notes on a Scandalous Journey." He opens new perspectives on productivity, organizations and society. It made me feel full of positive energy, eager to look at things in a different light and discuss those findings with others, Raymond said.

Great information but can be hard to read and stick ...
Great information, but can be difficult to read and stick with. Two other people I have sent this book to said that they had a hard time getting through it. The book describes the evolution of organizational models and differentiates them using a color-coding system. The primary focus of the program is on the most progressive of the models, called teal, which emphasizes self-management, purpose and wholeness among other principles. The world would really benefit from adopting this mindset more and I highly recommend it despite the challenges, Dr. Goin added.

too much philosophy and too little application
What I was expecting was a book that was slightly more than what I found. The approach is philosophical and speculative, Raymond said.

   A Must-Read for Forward-Thinking Organizations
Review: "This is a great book. The end-of-chapter summaries are especially useful, since they are packed with all the relevant information. Lots of good takeaways and highlight-worthy quotes and statements, too. Great article on the nitty gritty aspects of teal organizations.

The "New Book" is falling apart
The book is in terrible condition. If you want a better quality paper-book then download the content and create your own. If your going to make a product, make it right or don't make it all, Raymond said.
