   Great little book
Nice size for a toddler to explore, easy to throw into a diaper bag, strong, bright pictures and lots of things to look at without being too busy. I loved the Big Richard Scarry books when I was little, but my son is at a stage I can rip out of here so we have to stick with board books right now and I was so happy to find out that there were some that will introduce my little guy to the bigger books! I am looking forward to our next purchase for sure!

   Abbreviated version of the big book of things that go, about 3"x5"
Thought this would be neat because it was just cars and trucks. It is tiny, but it is neat, and would fit in your purse. Didn 't catch that in the description. It turned out to be a good car book though, so I would rate it nice and hearty for this purpose. If you are looking for a board book intro to Richard Scary, this is also good for that. If your little one can handle regular pages and big books though, then get the regular book just.

I thought this was a giant board book, but it is mini. It is also more humorous than educational.

These new board books are perfect for little hands. For generations, Richard Scarry's books have been in our family. We have books by Richard Scarry in different languages. I ordered these cute board books for the next generation of the little readers. My Grandbaby has a large collection of books and my Grand Baby is not even born yet. We are readers and believe that we start them out young.

Our little one is obsessed with this book and the companion Richard Scarry Board Book entitled Cars. The trucks are cute, the characters are endearing and silly, and there is so much to talk about on each page despite the fact that its pretty simple.

   Favorite Gift for Kids
What a boy, especially a kid, would not love this book? From the short illustrations to the adorable adventures, my nephews have loved this book, whenever I have included it. And my daughter also loved all of Scarry's books!

My 2.5 - year son thinks this book is funny and makes references to this book all the time. We bought Richard Scarry's cars as well, but in our opinion this is not as good.

   Bright, Fun, Mini-book.
Richard Fairry's books are always engaging. The images are fun and brightly colored. This book by Trucks is no exception. There are numerous types of trucks and lots of action. I have made a mistake in not realizing that this is a mini book. It is only 4.3 inches wide and 5.7 inches deep. So it is not big pages with lots of pictures on each page. It has, however, been fun to read it to the kids and for them to read alone. I am not sold I'm sorry.
