I bought 3 of these paperbacks for my library. Within an hour of the checkout, ALL THREE came back with the pages falling out. I would have tipped them in, but was too difficult without page numbers. The spine does not have an area to use either book glue. Worse still is that I can not return them since it is over 30 days old. For the first few weeks, I was not able to get them on the shelf. Worth the wait!

Started the series in kindergarten and was very happy to receive the newest installment. Any book that my son tears out of my hands to read gets 5 stars from me. The wait is worth it!

Get hardcover
Derived From Web , May 11, 2022
The first seven books were bought in paperback. The papers fell soon after apart. This time we got it in hardcover. It is seen to be stronger than the other books binding. After nearly two months, the book was still read almost every night and was almost in good condition. If you have extra money, it will be worthy if you have a little one who likes to turn the pages.

Great Story, Binding Needs Work
Derived From Web , Feb 9, 2017
Our only problem is the binding - the books tend to fall apart, a page slips out... then you have a frustrated 8 year old. We have the whole series and it has happened with nearly every book. We LOVE, BUT, the stories!
