   I’m obsessed
I love this book absolutely! '' The recipes are so approachable and so good. I learned so much just by reading it and the photos are beautiful. I loved this book so much that I bought their other two books immediately!
   Just right fuel
We tried over half the recipes in this book and have loved every one so far. A variety of prep-ahead and more involved recipes makes this both fun and efficient for a busy family with young children.

Yum yum. I love all of Elyse and Shalane's cookbooks, and I could eat their Superhero Muffins every single day until the day I die. At this time, I'm getting a few crumbs from one on my keyboard. But breakfast is an otherwise overlooked moment in our house all too often forgotten and overlooked. To have all these ideas and recipes and empowerments to get stuff ready in advance is a game-changer. My runs are better for it and my teenage boys are happy and fed and actually alert!!

I love the recipes in this book, especially the new variations of the superhero muffins! The black bean quinoa pilaf was also a hit with my family. I look forward to using the training plan and breakfast meal plans during my spring marathon build.

I did not believe that there could be a cookbook of just breakfast recipes, but they did! Great information and recipes to try for dinner or snacks as well as recipes for cooking. Huge fan of their other cookbooks and already love this one just as much!
   The best healthy breakfast cookbook!
I love to make muffins, so I especially like that they have savory and sweet muffins. Love that you are made healthy with very little sweetness. Healthy eating options include lots of other healthy breakfast options. The chia energy balls are great to have on hand for a quick pick me up.
   Delicious Trail Mix Breakfast Cookies
All of the recipes I have tried so far I love. The trail mix breakfast cookies are a huge hit with my kids. Also the chocolate peanut butter crisp bars are delicious, as well as the chocolate peanut butter - crisp bars.
   Delicious and healthy and unique
I love that cookbook and all its suggestions and tips. The electrolyte drink recipe tasts just like Gatorade used back in the day. The trail mix breakfast cookies are delicious and keep my swimmer daughter fueled before her 5 : AM runs. It is Love It!
