When my son was younger, he wanted to read all the books in the series. He outgrew the series because it took so long for the next book to be released. I think the series is good. My son was interested in dragons and their abilities.

Good series

My son, who is now 12, likes the series and wants to read all the books. It took him years to read each of the books, so he outgrew the series before reading all of the others. If you enjoyed the first two, I recommend the third. During the first few days of the game, he talked about different dragons and their abilities.

Spoilers ahead My 7yo liked it but found Rori, Eko and the island blah blahs stupid. She didn't enjoy the Rori conflict and all the fighting, but liked the wedding part very much. That made the book for her and she wished the wedding had lasted longer and in more details before the attack. She has only reread parts of the story.

He told me the book was the best serious he ever read
Derived From Web , May 7, 2018
My son is 6 years old and is ready by himself. He loves serious stuff very much. He finished 4 books in one night. I haven't seen him read a chapter book that urgent before. He wanted me to wait until he finished a book before doing anything else. He asked me to buy 9 and rest when he finished 8. He said the book was the most serious he'd ever read.
