   Love the recipes out of this book
I have had many a go at making pesto and really enjoy the recipes. I've cooked many of them myself and eaten even more when I've shared the book with others, Morgenthau said. This book is a great introduction to healthy living, said Barbara Comstock, Senior Food Editor for Martha Stewart Living.

   Healthy & Delicious Cookbook Find!!!
Barrenas said she and fiance are both in training for endurance sports. Barrenas has been cycling a lot and running a lot. I am training for a few half marathons in early 2020. I LOVE food but also know that is super important for us to keep going, she said. I kept coming across cookbooks and magazines that kept coming up as a fave. The rest is just mechanical, Tunick said. There is a reason for it. We've tried numerous recipes and have been extremely happy and satisfied with the results, Mr. Dhaliwal said. It's a lot of fuel, a lot of food, and it's not good for you.    Get excited about eating healthy!
It's great to see a book like this come out. So I was feeling a little bored with many of my go-to healthy recipes and I had gotten in a quick junk food rut. These recipes were great for mixing it up and actually getting excited about eating again healthy, Melissa said. At first some of the recipes and ingredients required seemed a bit overwhelming, but it didn't take long to get the hang of it. Once you get stocked up on a few things you're good to go, he said. Many of the recipes are also relatively easy to follow. No master chef required, just patience and a bit of elbow grease. They are so delicious, I almost ate them all.

Amazing! Not many cookbooks are worth living on your kitchen counter. My daughter will be a running major at college and I want her to have a copy of this book. Thanks to those who reviewed it, too, for making me purchase. Best Buy ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The Beatles' music "was almost as good as the Beatles themselves."

   Tasty, healthful, and easy!
I have cooked and baked my way through about half the cookbook, and have absolutely loved the recipes, he said. The granola, the kale salads, the marinade, beet smoothie, root vegetable salad, the breaded cod, the peanut soba salad, and especially the turmeric pepitas, which were a big hit as christmas gifts, were just some of the things that made this year's crop stand out. Usually, I feel like I get maybe five recipes that I'll repeat often in a cookbook, but this one I can see pulling in weekly. Many of the recipes are easy to halve or keep as well as leftovers. There are a ton of vegetarian recipes that are flavorful and filling, and it's easy to decrease the meat intake in our house as a result. I'm no hauteur, and I've been working on my culinary skills via a blue apron or a borrowed recipe here or there, and the instructions are easy to follow, even if you're not a professional.

   Not impressed
High hopes, but not impressed by the recipes. I love to cook and I enjoy many of the ingredients used in the recipes, but not in the combinations the authors used. We're delighted with the results, Bruno said. It was probably the best chili, but I have a better recipe. I've had beet friends and they love it, but I couldn't stomach the smoothie. For me, it's not for sale.
