   Great book!
This is for my husband, who is an avid amateur runner. He actually reads it in the toilet ( ). In all seriousness, tho learned a lot from it and now incorporates the tips into his routine.

   Fun Read, Useful Info
This was a great book that covers all the aspects related to running. My only complaint is that not all the advice is solid. Some tips in the book you may want to take with a grain of salt in the book. For the most part, however, it is helpful information for all types of athletes, from beginner 5K runners to lovers of triathlons.

Great for runners and runners wannabe
One of the best running books I ever read. Even for someone who has been running 30 years, great tips, even for someone who has been there for years. As a health coach and behavior analyst, I was happy to see that she sticks with simple strategies and proven ways to increase health and safe running.

Perfect for both the new and seasoned runner
The content is loved. As soon as I completed reading my paper version, I bought a hard copy for a colleague who is a new runner. Like me, he is not a fan of potty-humor ''. In spite of that, he still took the book on a business trip with him after having put a brown paper cover on it. We both enjoyed the content jam packed with helpful information, useful pointers and tips.

   A Must-Read for Runners
Almost all information contains a footnote for an article from Runner's World or a scientific journal with research to back up the statement. I HIGHLY recommend this book to any runner - from beginner to local elite and semi-professional!

I get the cute title, but wish is not the title, it is not a book I am going to read and carry for Appoints ect...

No more pre-race shrimp scampi for me!
I'm a terrible race-track prepper with one too many close calls in the Ol' Poke in me '' department. The book title speaks to my soul and I would not have been an idiot to purchase. I'm glad that I did. I was quite surprised to find this book covers pretty much any scenario that you may be facing in your running life. And even provided tips I did not know I wanted to know like Saran wraps your titties. Chap 16 : Thank you! Also formatted perfectly for reading in the bowl, too!
