Disappointed! Answers given by # do not match the correct answer in written rationale

I am a clinical instructor and wanted to provide some direction for students during the post-conference. After the question, there are rationale answers that don 't match the wrong. In reviewing strategies for success and looking at sample questions for different domains, an example is that the appropriate answer is presented as Answer 4 '', but in the written rational, it will give the reasoning and state the correct answer is 2. Very disappointed and very much. The authors cause more stress and confusion for nursing students and should be ashamed of themselves! If this option was an option, I would give 0 stars.
