Absolutely fantastic

My son absolutely loves the original Monster. I've read the entire book, and I'm not ashamed to admit that I took it with me when I was a kid. He's 5 so I don't know how much longer he will enjoy it, but for now it's bringing it's laughter and joy. The book pretty much reads itself, but my son can read so it's not depriving him of reading, Mrs. Cowger said.

The book is wonderful, but the buttons only match the words in the book, leaving no extra verbalizations. His voice isn't quite the Grover voice that I remember from the past but it does sound like rover.

FURIOUS!! Book Ripped & NOT new!!

Book arrived with torn and ripped hard cover, and pages have been ripped out of it. The book fell apart when I opened the Amazon box. My daughter was so excited to receive this and there are pages missing and the electronic portion does not boot. We are so disappointed in this outcome, said Blair. We paid for a brand new children's book and received this.

My kids loved this book when they were little so when I saw this version, I knew I had to buy it for my grandson. He's a big fan of the foam, and I think it's great. The fact that it is now reading it to him is so much better than any feeble attempt to imitate him. This is just too good to be true, Vivendi said.

Timeless classic loved by all kids!

It was my son's absolute favorite Christmas present. He was 4 when his father found him. He got a bike, electronics and this was his most loved present. It's great because it encourages a love of reading, and this was one of my favorite books at his age, so I'm happy to pass it down the tradition.

I recommend this book to anyone. My daughter absolutely loves it and acts out the emotion and words of Grover. She smiles mischievously as she turns the pages against Grover's pleas to stop. It made a staple in our house and I also had to buy a Grover stuffed toy. 100% recommend. It's great to be back home, said Blair.

When I was looking for a replacement, my 4 year old grandson saw this version with the narration. I was reluctant to get it because I love reading this story out loud, he said. He was right. He has listened to the entire book 15 times. He also loves pushing the buttons that correspond with the pictures on each page. Two more copies have been purchased, one for a 4-year old and one for an 80-year old who also loved it and wanted to share it with his grandkids.

The cover is so cute, I almost fell over. He interacts with the reader to try to avoid not getting to the end of the book because there's a monster he wants to avoid by using coordinating buttons on the page. Worth the buy?

It's the best book for my son and I. We really love it, Tunick said. Because my Son has Autism and he really loves Grover and he believes that Grover is really talking to him and he thinks he is so funny, Sosa said. It's the best book ever for a child of any age.
