   It's Okay
The story of Erevis Cale continues in this book, but it doesn't capture the energy that was there. The entire series is the same. The plot is predictable and boring, and the characters are not interesting.

   Excellent
I started reading the Erevis Cale trilogy in order to get ready for the new novel by Paul Kemp. This is the first part of the trilogy and it was great to read. After the defeat of the sojourner, Magadon, and Riven seem happy in their new lives. Their peaceful existence doesn't last long. The Shadovar want to get back what they lost. They are in a conflict with our heroes. This book is a real page turner because of its tight plot and lots of action.

Seriously, buy every Erevis Cale novel. Buy them now.
There is a short version of it. It's worth reading anything written about Erevis Cale by Mr. Kemp. The period is over. You should pay your money and you should pay your time. In return, you' ll receive a fantastic voyage into a dark fantasy world full of humor, revenge, shocking battle, and most surprising in the genre of fantasy, human emotion and depth. If you want to read all of the Erevis Cale novels, buy this book and the other ones. Do it anyways if you don't like to read. We all need to become better people sooner or later.

   Overall, very good
The main character in the previous trilogy was Erevis Cale. There is a sense of hopelessness as the novel progresses compared to the earlier trilogy. I had to skip to the end to see if the antogonists would finally be defeated. I wanted Erevis Cale to step in, but he didn't until later. After reading the trilogy, I had to buy the remaining books. I was not prepared for the magnitude of the events that unfold, but I was satisfied with the way it was written.

   Fantastic
I am reading through these books. They are not going to let you down. Absolutely incredible. There are more words for Amazon's bad system.
