Husband and I love everything I have made from this book. Pork roast chicken, broccoli and fennel with oranges, salmon and asparagus. Love is what makes us tick. Many of the recipes are already in my house. It's to clean up the veggie prep once the pan is in the oven, and then it's a nice clean kitchen before dinner, Mr. Dhaliwal said. I mean, it's just really cool.

   Great addition to your everday-use cookbook rotation
Three recipes have been made and I'm in love. Many one-pot meals are now done in Dutch ovens or top stoves. Traditional sheet pan suppers bring in roasted flavors that just don't come from other cooking methods. One sheet pan is also more forgiving, if you use a liner. They are delicious, too, Mr. O'Neill said. We made the chicken with broccolini in a spicy peanut sauce, and my husband said it was his new favorite dish. We had to decide whether to pour off the sauce and thicken it on the stove, or not put scallions on the top next time. The third of our tried dishes, roasted pork chops with apple cabbage slaw, was also a real winner and took less than five minutes to prepare. There are three main categories of meat: vegetarain, beef and chicken. It's a new favorite in our house.

The Philly Chicken Sausage with peppers, onions and mushrooms on 70 pages is literally the best thing I've made all year. Seconds I had seconds and I shouldn't have. That recipe alone makes this book worth the price of admission.

   Yummy!
My mother is much more traditional than I am, but we all agree this book is full of the good stuff. On our first perusal we agreed on no less than four recipes to try out for dinner, and a few more desserts on top of that. He said the odds were "pretty good." I particularly love the practicality of cooking the whole meal on one sheet pan, saving money and time.

   One of the best cookbooks ever - recipes are easy to follow and ...
We're delighted that PeopleSoft customers have found our solution. A must-have for anyone who enjoys good food, easy to follow and come out simply delicious. At least seven of the meals were made up of beans and all were rated 4 or 5 stars by my family. Great combination of great flavors, easy to prepare, Mr. Daschle said. Simply throw away the foil, saving time and money. This is a great book, and I look forward to a sequel.

Don't let the unsophisticated steer you away from purchasing this cookbook. This book is so simple, so fabulous, Mr. Rule told us. I will do everything in my power to make sure that happens. The book is filled with healthy and super delicious meals that are easy to prepare and clean up, and all are nicely flavor filled. You can get creative and substitute different veggies or meat combinations to make your family's favourite dish. It's great for a vegetarian, too. I've made several of the recipes, even one that I was very skeptical about. They are awesome, Tunick said. This is a 5 star recipe book everyone will enjoy. I just wish the cover and print style had been esthetically more pleasing, but maybe Molly is trying to appeal to a less sophisticated chef.

   Great, simple recipes that have greatly simplified meal prep
Easy to follow, great for making healthy meals. Line that sheet pan with aluminum foil and voila! Simple, well-executed ideas.

   Beef tenderloin is amazing
Haven't tried all the recipes, but the beef tenderloin with leeks and fennel is amazing. A guest liked it so much, he told the interviewer, that he wanted to cry.

   I hate cooking, and I LOVE THIS BOOK.
I really hate to cook... but this book seriously makes me look forward to making dinner. Now my kids think an alien took over my body, because I'm suddenly turning out delicious meals. It's a joy to read, Mary. It's tragic that the featured review is so cranky and critical—I suspect all haters here to be competing authors or maybe bots, Raymond said.

   Must have recipe book for busy families
The book is a winner. Lately I've become tired of scrolling through long, blog winded postings, clicking out of ads, and turning my phone back on while trying to cook. I'm delighted to have found such a great book, said Pauley, "the first recipe book I've purchased in years." The fact that it has made healthy eating dinner for my family so much easier, I can't thank it.
